Email Support$4.49 per month. Subscribe from Parent Zone > Subscription inside the app. You can cancel anytime in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select PandaPanda Kids, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Sign in with the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription. Open Parent Zone > Subscription and tap Restore Purchases.
Up to 5 child profiles per account, each with their own avatar, favorites, playlists, and listening history. Tap the panda icon on the home screen to switch between profiles.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, full library access pauses but all your playlists, favorites, and child profiles stay saved. Resubscribe later and everything is right where you left it.
Yes. PandaPanda Kids has zero ads, no external links reachable from the child interface, no social features, no video content, no algorithmic recommendations that could lead to inappropriate content, and no way for children to make purchases without a parental gate. We are fully COPPA compliant.
An internet connection is required for streaming music. We are working on offline downloads for a future update.
Yes. Audio continues in the background and the lock screen shows the current song, artwork, and playback controls. Bluetooth and CarPlay controls also work.
Yes. Open the player and tap the sleep timer icon. Music fades out smoothly over the last 15 seconds.
Songs are available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Arabic, Turkish, Thai, Tagalog, Hindi, Russian, and more. The interface adapts to your iPhone's system language.
Open Parent Zone > Profile Settings > Delete Account. All personal data including child profiles, listening history, and account information is permanently removed within 30 days, per COPPA requirements.
First, check your internet connection. Then close the app fully (swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app card away) and reopen it. If the problem persists, email support@pandapandakids.com with your device model and iOS version.
Make sure you are signed into the App Store with a valid Apple ID and that the payment method on file is current. If you continue to see an error, contact Apple Support, as purchase issues are handled by Apple's billing system.
